I believe this nation is under judgment ifadesindeki under judgment ise devam eden bir yargılamayı ifade ediyor. Hukukta bu manada kullanılır. Yani, Bu ulusun yargılandığına inanıyorum(Hem ceza çekti hem de yargılanması devam ediyor)
